Contact
Brooke is part of the Wilson Cribbs + Goren transaction team, primarily assisting clients with acquisitions, developments, dispositions, lease negotiations, and corporate/entity documentation. She brings a background in real estate finance and general commercial litigation from prior firm experience.
Before establishing her real estate practice, Brooke’s career began in-house with the law department of a global aerospace company, which gave her insight into clients’ internal needs and business focus. She also gained experience in the government sector, representing a Texas state senator in his senatorial district. Such high-level exposure to all types of leadership positions and interactions strengthened her trade as an attorney, especially when negotiating contracts on behalf of the client. She appreciates that there are two sides to each real estate transaction and can eloquently point her client and opposing counsel in the right direction to close the deal.
Brooke and her husband reside in Houston. Her favorite things to do outside of the office are spending time with family and friends, international travel, hiking, and undertaking any adventure that gets her in nature or includes interaction with people and foreign cultures.
She graduated from Baylor University with an undergraduate degree in International Studies and a minor in Middle East Studies. Brooke studied abroad in Madrid and Turkey; she also spent time working in Latin America, where she further developed her Spanish-speaking skills prior to attending law school at Georgetown University Law Center.
